Each month we will focus on business topics specific to the community to position you above the competition.
Our first meeting will be focused on establishing a goal for the month, quarter, & year. Setting specific milestones you need to achieve.
With the group, we will break into smaller peer groups with business owners that are both professionally and personally in a similar space. This helps you stay accountable while creating inner dynamic mentor/mentee relationships.
Every week we will have up the team and individual scoreboards tracking your goals. Because a goal is just a dream unless it is written down and tracked often.
Power hours will be scheduled to meet each week. These will be working hours to get you closer to your goals.
On the 2nd Monday of the month, we will meet as a whole to mastermind a specific business topic such as;
- Goal Setting
- Marketing
- Social Media
- Prospecting
- Business Finances
- Leadership
Then on the 4th Monday of the month, we will meet as small peer groups.

Who is this Mastermind For: This mastermind is for business owners, entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, Mompreneurs, Dadpreneurs, & business leaders.
What: The Eminent Factor is a mastermind, a combination of brainstorming, education, peer accountability, and support in a group setting to sharpen your business and personal skills.
When: The 2nd and 4th Monday of the month at 10 am US Central. (Ahh who wants to meet on a Monday? High Achiever! That is who because you need to get your week on track from day 1 of the workweek.)
Then on Thursday at 10am for Power Hours to hit those goals before the end of the week.
